If these Website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning professional services, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Care Plan purchases are additionally governed by the Website Care Plan Terms presented or linked during purchase.

13. Care Plans and Recurring Development Add-Ons

Website Care Plans are intended for eligible WordPress websites and are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

Care Plan services, development allowances, plugin licenses, cancellation rules, eligibility, response expectations, and other details are governed by the separate Website Care Plan Terms.

Each website requires its own plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a plan does not guarantee that a website will be accepted if it has substantial technical, security, hosting, software, or compatibility problems.

When a website is not eligible, Amanda Schoedel Creative may recommend preliminary work or cancel the enrollment.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a different policy is stated on the applicable product page or agreement:

  • Payments for completed or partially completed professional services are nonrefundable.
  • Recurring subscription payments are nonrefundable once processed.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
  • Services remain active through the paid period unless terminated for misuse, nonpayment, or another material reason.
  • Digital products and immediately delivered resources are nonrefundable after access or delivery, except where required by law.
