Included extras

Minor website fixes included

Sometimes things just stop working. If a page layout breaks, a contact form isn’t sending emails, or another small issue pops up, I’ll take care of it. Care Plans include reasonable minor troubleshooting and issue resolution for existing functionality, so you have someone to call before a small problem turns into a bigger one.

Premium plugin licenses

$490/yr value

For sites that use them, your care plan includes ASC-managed licenses for Elementor Pro, Advanced Custom Fields Pro, Gravity Forms Elite, and FacetWP. These have a combined retail value of up to about $490/year if purchased separately.

Running WooCommerce?

WooCommerce websites have more moving parts, and updates can affect important transactional functionality like products, carts, checkout, payments, and orders. Add WooCommerce care for $25/mo.

Website Care + WooCommerce

$100/month

The WooCommerce add-on is required for sites running WooCommerce.

Maintenance and development are different things.

Website Care is there to keep the website you already have healthy. It isn’t intended to cover larger changes, new functionality, new pages, substantial troubleshooting, or ongoing content work.

If you need more, small requests can be billed at my standard hourly rate. A larger focused list may be a fit for a VIP Development Day, while recurring improvement work may make more sense through an Ongoing Website Partnership.

You don’t have to decide that now. Your care plan can simply be your care plan.

Why not just click “Update” yourself?

You can, but responsible updates involve a little more than clicking the button.

Before I update a site, I check changelogs and look for known compatibility issues that could cause problems. Afterward, I make sure everything is still working as expected.

If an update does cause a conflict, I can dig into the error logs, identify what went wrong, and fix or roll back the change instead of leaving you with a broken website and an error message to decipher.

Website Care means someone technical is paying attention before and after the update not just clicking the button.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have to have built my website?

No. I can take over care for an existing WordPress site as long as it’s in reasonable technical condition.

If I find issues that need to be addressed before ongoing maintenance begins, I’ll let you know first.

Hosting backups are useful, but backups are only one part of website maintenance.

The care plan also covers updates, database maintenance, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, reporting, and ongoing technical oversight.

No, but your hosting does need to be reliable enough to support ongoing maintenance.

SiteGround and WP Engine are my preferred hosts, and if you’re already using one of them, you’re good to go. If you’re with another provider, reach out before purchasing a Care Plan so I can make sure the hosting environment is a good fit.

Some low-cost or heavily restricted hosting setups can make updates, backups, troubleshooting, or recovery more difficult, so in some cases I may recommend a hosting change before starting care.

Yes. Managed website hosting is available as an add-on to your Care Plan for $25/month.

If you’d rather keep your existing hosting, that’s fine too, as long as the hosting environment is a good fit for ongoing maintenance and support.

Let me handle the boring website stuff.

Your website doesn’t need your attention every day.

It just needs someone’s.
